Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plain language, no fine print. If anything here is unclear, call or email before you buy — that’s what we’d want too.
Audits and Inspections (one-time services)
A Visibility Audit or Digital Accessibility Inspection is professional work performed specifically for your winery, delivered as a written, dated Inspection Record.
- Before work begins: cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.
- After work begins but before delivery: you owe only for the work completed; we’ll agree on the fair figure together and refund the rest.
- After the Inspection Record is delivered: the work is complete, so the fee is not refundable — but 100% of your audit or inspection fee credits toward remediation work you hire PDG to perform. You never pay twice to get a problem both found and fixed.
Installment plans
Some services may be split into two monthly payments. An installment plan is a payment schedule, not a subscription: both payments are due for the completed service. If work hasn’t begun, cancellation and refund work exactly as above.
Care Plans (monthly subscriptions)
- Cancel anytime — no notice period, no cancellation fee, no annual contract.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep full service through the period you’ve paid for; partial months aren’t refunded.
- Cancel from your customer dashboard on this site, or just email or call and we’ll do it for you the same day.
- If a monthly charge fails, we retry automatically and email you a secure link to update your card. Nothing is cut off without a conversation first.

The paper trail
Every engagement produces dated records — receipts in your customer dashboard, the signed agreement, and the Inspection Record or Monthly Care Reports. If it matters, it’s in writing.
